Wooster’s quality cast nosings contain an even distribution of
abrasive grit integrally cast into the surface for anti-slip protection and
long wear. Width and length to order.
Available in ALUMOGRIT® (abrasive cast aluminum) and
in FERROGRIT® (abrasive cast iron).

Surface: Abrasive cross-hatch is standard and will be furnished unless plain or fluted surface is specified. (Cross-hatch pattern may not match up on sections being butted together.)
Fasteners: Concealed integral anchorsconcealed anchors or steel wing anchors, nuts and boltswing anchors for wet concrete. Or drilled and countersunk holes for other fasteners.
Length: Maximum length is 8’6″ in ALUMOGRIT® (abrasive cast aluminum) and 6’0″ in FERROGRIT® (abrasive cast iron).
Width: Standard widths are 3″, 4″ and 6″. Standard measurements are from top of the leading edge.

Type 101
Type 101 – Nose 1/4″.
Chief use: as nosings in concrete stairs.
